Warranty Terms
 If your item is broken due to faulty parts or manufacturing we can provide a full warrantee.We highly recommend choosing the insurance option when purchasing from Svnco as we are not responsible for replacing damaged items due to shipping misshandling.Insurance will cover lost or damadged frames during transit only. It does not cover damage after the item is received.Warranty will cover manufacturer faults for a total of 12 months from delivery date. Svnco will cover return shipping up to $40, the new frame will be sent free of charge.Svnco do not offer refunds on purchases.All digital photo frames come with 12 months warrantee.Please first read the RMA file before purchasing. If you agree, please ask for the RMA#. The RMA number will be expired in 21 days.



FRAUD PROTECTION!
SVNCO take fraudulent orders seriously, any attempt of fraud will be sent to the authorities and dealt with harshly.
SVNCO may ask you for a copy of your ID to verfify an order and address. Your ID will remain secure and will be destroyed after use
SVNCO may also ask to verify your card details so they match the billing details of the order. This will be verbal and no details will be physically held
